Knowing and understanding your energy usage is vital for budgeting purposes. Uncertainty on the correctness of energy bills is highly common and that's where we come in.
We perform on site investigations on measuring equipment, to verify that the configuration, calibration and servitude of the measuring equipment is correct. An in-depth study is then performed on historical billing from the local supply authority\landlord to ensure that:
- Utility meter readings match and follow on to previous billing.
- The correct applicable tariff is correct and\or the most cost efficient.
- Only the usage being consumed by our clients' is being billed to them.
A comprehensive report is then compiled detailing the findings of our investigations.
In the event of incorrect billing, we can act on behalf of our clients’ in resolving the matter with the local municipality or landlord.
